Who we are
ActBI, Inc. ("ActBI", "we") provides conversational decision intelligence for executives. This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit actbi.ai, why we process it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to the ActBI product platform.
Data we collect
We collect the information you submit through our forms (such as your work email when requesting a demo), technical data required to deliver the site securely (IP address, browser type, requested pages), and — only with your consent — aggregated usage measurements that help us understand how the site performs.
Cookies and categories
Necessary cookies keep the site functioning (consent storage, security, language and theme preferences) and are always active. Functional cookies remember optional choices. Measurement cookies help us understand page performance through aggregated analytics. Marketing cookies are not currently used; if that changes, they will remain off until you opt in.
Legal bases and purposes
We process form submissions to respond to your request (contract initiation), technical data to operate and secure the site (legitimate interest), and measurement data only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Retention and recipients
Demo requests are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period. Technical logs are kept briefly for security. We share data only with the processors that run our infrastructure (hosting, email delivery), all bound by data processing agreements.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie preferences in the footer. Contact privacy@actbi.ai; you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
