These terms govern your use of the actbi.ai website and any early-access or demo arrangements initiated through it. Production use of the ActBI platform is governed by a separate master subscription agreement provided during onboarding.
Use of the site
You may browse the site and submit requests for lawful business purposes. You agree not to disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
Early access
Early-access participation is invitation-based and provided "as is" for evaluation. Either party may end participation at any time. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation or compensation.
Intellectual property
The site, the ActBI product, the kingfisher mark, and all related content are the property of ActBI, Inc. or its licensors. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use the site as intended.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. ActBI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site; total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use it (zero for the public site).
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at ActBI's place of establishment, without conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; material changes will be indicated by the date above and continued use constitutes acceptance.
